Sometimes you just can't improve on Mother Nature! This pendant is created from the tip of a cedar branch, which is used to create a high temperature mold into which is cast molten gold. A fresh branch is used each time meaning that every pendant is unique. The original branch is burned out in the process meaning that the resulting pendant is solid gold.

The earrings are suspended from handmade 14 karat gold earwires and adorned with a complementary freshwater pearl to suggest a cedar or juniper berry. I am offering two size options, although because these are cast to order and each cedar twig is different the sizes given are not exact. Small earrings would be around 1 1/4" (30mm) long (not including wires) and large around 1 3/4"(45mm). You also have the option of a cream pearl or dark gray/green pearl (or if you would prefer no pearl at all just let me know and I'll create a custom listing for you).

The earrings will be supplied in a gift box with information on the materials used, making it ready to be used as the perfect gift for a nature lover or hiker. All other packaging materials are reused as much as possible.
